Cooler cooling, pod sync'd, Looks like we may have lift off. Of coures there is no plan. Just gona be blown around the San Diego Area. Sounds like a nice weekend huh?

Wow this has been a very busy couple weeks. Working days and nights running to the boat. trying to squeeze in some fun too. Had another KILLER BBQ and some great sailing. "I think"

Hell been going so full bore every things kinda a blurrr ya know like when your on a bus going over a mountain road and the driver is foot to the floor. And all the world is whipping by and your holding on to the seat in front of you with white knuckles and still trying to enjoy the view? Yea well that's how it's been. A blurrr kinda like snowboarding in a white out. You get the picture.

All has not been with some sweet spots thou. I have to grabeed some R&R sometimes!

I'm off for 4 days now and just gona sail and sleep. And OK, probably enjoy some libations.

It is labor day and I am a laborer so it is my dutie to part take in all that is offered !!! Yeea!! Hahah ! ! In other words call the paddie wagon Markitos is on the lose.

PS, My cheepie deepie camera is one of those Easyshare thingumabob's and I don't know where it stashed all my new pics. I wish we could just chisel blogs on stones like our forefathers did.

24 hrs Just aint enough

Mostly fun mixed with sore body parts. Construction is a young mans sport.
Oh yea I know all the rules but sheeesh these body shots are taking a toll on me.

Good things

WOW !! What a great weekend !! Fixed up Lil Libby than went sailing with a friend and ended up just haven a great overly relaxing time. Yeup one of those weekends you just cant buy they just happen and all you can do is try and remember just how cool it was. To much sun, to much food, to much drink, to much music, to much..... Well you get the idea, Just to much fun. !! I had such a good time I didn't think of taking any pictures, Sorry the memory's are all mine, MINE I TELL YA ALL MINE !!!

And it starts

Started a new one today. Work that is. It'll be alright. The moneys good and it's in a nice place and the folks are cool. So here I go, I haven't sold anything over 2 weeks lon in along time. So this one should make everyone happy. Some times I feel like a bitch dog so many nipples and not enough milk. Ewwww that brought a Tijuana dog to mind yeeeeeuk! Telling the truth I don't have credit cards anymore so basically the only thing is gas, food and mortgage.... Humm..... Must be the gas... Couldn't be the sailing, BBQ's, beer and other necessity's, Nah. Gota have that stuff or what's the sense. So yeup three months of grinding. I was going to do Burning Man this year. I had to call my friend and let him know I had to stay in this universes. I just won't be able to grab the time. If I know these guys it will be like a week to get there and maybe two months to get back. HA Damn I wana go!!! You can bet I'll be taking a 7 day weekend for Drunkeneer's day out in Catalina I don't care what I have to do. ....... Like save all the childern in China or build a emergency damn in Lima. I'll think of something. Saving world goes along way ya know.

Anyassole'way, I was in a bobcat all day shook my ribs loose again. But I had the Pod turned up to 1000!! And had some fun chasing the cats around the yard. I'm kidden it was the kids.

Reminded me of a time long ago on a top secret military base I worked on. We had to build a bridge on the beach every time the cargo barge came in. The environmentalist had to come out and make sure we didn't run over any sea life. I was the Sup so I had to distract them and help in anyway I could. Did I mention they where always women? Anyway..... After one very long landing (sometimes 12 hours) The boys all went back to the barracks and I was bsing with, let's call her J. She was all how can you guys stand all the noise and diesel smell and dirt and bla bla bla.

Soooo I asked her if she had ever been in a D8 Dozer before. I got the answer I was expecting. No and no way would I ever do THAT !!! Tearing up the earth like that !!! Yea ok sis... Would you like to try? Mind you ,we had a really nice machine, enclosed with stereo and heater and all that stuff. The sun was setting, it was warm and I put her in my lap to show her how to run it.

As you can guess ........ The power and the clackiety clack of the tracks did her in!!!! She road that beast for over an hour! She dug holes, built mountains and generally messed up the beach something good. She was, lets just say a changed woman after that night.

No Flow No go

Well I fixed up ole Libby's Head gasket and took her out for a spin. Yea baby all was great. Decided to hit a nice anchorage and do the BBQ thing. What a great evening !!! Then around 10 or so it was time to booggie and head back to the ball. Wouldn't ya know it poor girls not getting any water thru the exhaust. Sheeeesh I must have broken loose some rust or something. So we ended up sailing back. It was all good with me and rather eralxing. I hate the sound of motors. We got back to the ball around 1:30. 3 hours to go 3 miles. HA!!! great !!!! Like I say I love sailing and if you can't sit around enjoying it, ya may as well get a power boat so ya can get back to the Telly. So looks like I'll be pulling Libby apart again this weekend.
My new job? Well the customers went out of town of Sunday instead of Monday. You may ask whats the big deal? Well I'm not in the position to be a bank any longer. No dough no work so yeup been sitting around trying to get some other stuff going till they get back. And they will get an ear full. Cause it cost me a week of no cash flow. Oh Hahahaha I sound like a stock broker or something. HAHAHA Cash Flow? I have tears in my eyes laughing at that thought. I, like so many Americans right now have no cash flow problems. We have CASH STICK problems.
Maybe I should throw some rust in my bank account so it works like Libby's exhaust!!

Yikes

I was hanging around my house yesterday due to work coming up and there is a tree leaning on my neighbors place. I had to trim the tree and clear the side area. As I was up in the tree with my saw and safety thongs on I kept hearing a buzzing noise. I don't hear real well from to much surfing and wind. I was looking around trying to find the source of the noise and figured it was just in my head from the night before. So la tee da I'm just cutting away and haven a grand ole time playing lumber jack. When Buzzzzzzzzzz BUZZZZZZZZZZ buzzzzz, Shit They where all around me!!! You've never seen a grown man move so fast. I haven't jumped off a tree that high since a high school beer party!! In flipflops none the less !!! Ha. So now I have new house mates. I'm not sure I want to get rid of them they aren't hurting anything (as long as ya don't get to close) .

I mean I wouldn't want some one chasing me off cause I was minding my own business doing what bees do. Nah leave me alone I'll leave you alone.

Once I was back on the ground I let them chill out for a bit, I was even able to clear the branches. So it's not like they are out hunting humans or anything. I think I'll let em hand around for a bit and see what happens. I cut down their shade so they may not like that spot anymore. Here in Southern California they have law against bugs. They are like illegal aliens. No papers no entry!!! ha it's just to perfect here. How boring. So I'm gona give them a chance. Ya know do their birds and bee thing and hope they split on their own time. Mission accomplished! In other news looks like a little sailing is in order maybe a cove BBQ and a chilly. I crewed on a boat on Wednesday and met some really cool folks that seam to be addicted to the wind too. Maybe invites are in order.
